Measurement and the effective use of data are cornerstones of any improvement effort, from incremental changes to radical transformations, but it can be difficult to know where to begin.
That’s why we’ve planned a one-day, in-person workshop on data-driven improvement. This hands-on, non-technical workshop will explore how data can be used to drive the improvements we wish to see – setting up measurement systems that work, analyzing data to uncover new insights and monitoring improvements over time.

The Knowledge Translation Program at St. Michael’s Hospital will be offering an online course called Partners in Research (PiR). This online course will take place in April 2018 and consist of four live web-based sessions. It is designed for patients, families/caregivers and health care researchers. The PiR course will focus on how patients, families, and researchers can work together to improve health research and health care.
