Have you or a loved one been touched by cancer? If so, please join InspireHealth’s team of Medical Doctors and Nutrition experts for a free workshop on supportive cancer care. Practical and evidence-based sessions will cover topics including: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress Management, and Emotional Support. Learn empowering information and gain tools for your health and well-being.

For all adults (16 years +) with a current or past cancer diagnosis; support people are also welcome to register. To avoid disappointment, please pre-register by Sept 23 by calling 604-734-7125.
