The question becomes how best to engage all patients - the public - in the effort towards increasing safer healthcare practices. Other prevention efforts have effectively engaged the public in achieving significant cultural shifts in attitudes and actions. The campaign to decrease smoking is one such example, and there's much to be learned.

This webinar will introduce an evidence-based framework and share the results of successful patient engagement case studies from across Canada.

Our workplaces can be full of pitfalls and perils in how we communicate, but we can also use language to shape our culture into one that fosters learning and growth. In this session, we’ll explore how our use of language can impact our culture.
