Background

The NH Physician Quality Improvement Program is seeking patient partner feedback to guide the further development of a person- and family-centred care lens within its Introduction to Quality Improvement Workshop. Quality improvement consists of continuous actions that lead to measurable improvement in health cares services and the health status of patients overall. Physician peer mentors will also review this content. By reviewing training materials for a quality improvement workshop for physicians, you can make sure the materials are grounded in person- and family-centred care, and promote physicians working in partnership with their patients.
