Answer a quick survey to tell us what you like and don’t like on our site, and share your suggestions on how we can improve it. Your feedback will be very helpful!

Learning how you use our website, as well as what you like and don’t like about it, will help us develop a new site that is better to navigate and makes information easier to find.

We’re also focusing on making the new website more accessible for people with different ability levels (i.e. visual, hearing, cognitive). That’s why we’re especially interested in hearing about any barriers you face when using the site and your suggestions for making it more welcoming to everyone in our community.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. There are different questions for patients and health care partners and researchers, so please choose your option below:

The survey closes on March 15, and we’ll share the results with you in the upcoming months. In the meantime, please contact us if you have any questions or suggestions.

Thank you very much – your feedback will be very helpful!

Where those of us in the room may have debated policy or wording, patient voices made sure patients were top of mind. And as a result, significant improvements were made to simplify something that was otherwise complex. Patient voices at the table bring us back to reality in terms of what we are trying to achieve.
