Are you interested in attending a community forum to discuss, learn and collaborate about primary care centered around a physician in our region? If yes, then this is the opportunity for you!

Aim

The aim of this event is to share the Provincial developments of the Primary Care Network initiative as well as provide an opportunity for the Terrace and regional community to provide comments and concerns regarding primary care in our area.

Level of Engagement

This opportunity is at the level of involve on the spectrum of engagement. The promise to you is that the health care partner will involve patients in planning and design phases to ensure ideas or concerns are considered and reflected in alternatives and recommendations.

Eligibility

Open to patient partners in Terrace who are 16 years and older. If you have a strong interest in this work but have not yet completed a PVN orientation and Volunteer Agreement, are unsure if your experience is a good fit or feel another format of engagement would work better with your availability, please contact Cathy Almost

Logistics

  • No limit on those that can attend; all are welcome!
  • April 23, 6.30-8.30pm
  • Best Western Hotel, 4553 Greig Avenue Terrace
  • One-time commitment; in-person

Reimbursement

Light refreshments will be provided.
