The College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (the College) develops patient resources to offer information to the public regarding the expected treatment from their physician or surgeon. This engagement opportunity will ensure that the draft patient resource on Indigenous Cultural Safety, Cultural Humility, and Anti-racism is accessible and contains relevant information to help patients understand what they can expect from their physician. The survey is short (under 10 minutes) and primarily focuses on the clarity and content of the resource. This feedback will contribute to shaping the College’s patient resource, making it clear and easy to understand.

Please review the draft patient resource before answering the survey questions.

It’s really hard to make changes in health care. When a PVN patient partner says, ‘This is important to us’ it keeps us grounded on why a change is needed and keeps us motivated to keep going on projects.
