Interior Health is looking for an additional Patient Partner to join us on an exciting new Patient Satisfaction working group. The patient partner on this working group will collaborate with working group members to discuss and provide feedback and input on a brand new patient-facing technology/program, Patient Satisfaction Kiosks.
Preference will be given to include an Aboriginal Patient Partner, who can help to bring their perspective, experiences, and help to create a culturally safe space for our patients with the Patient Satisfaction Kiosks.

Our Patient Satisfaction Kiosks are being piloted in 22 specific IH sites asking patients “How was your visit today?” This pilot is just the beginning and the working group will come together to move this pilot project forward, including developing a framework for usage and additional questions to implement.

We are currently in the process of selecting members for this working group and hope to bring everyone together by July.

It’s really hard to make changes in health care. When a PVN patient partner says, ‘This is important to us’ it keeps us grounded on why a change is needed and keeps us motivated to keep going on projects.
