BackgroundWith initial content expansion rollout in the patient Portal back in September 2018, some content areas were not enabled on the Portal. Now that a year has passed, and in the effort to expose as much of patients personal health information as possible, we are exploring those exempt content areas to determine if there is a desire by users to now make available in a patients’ MyHealthPortal account. Subject areas discussed may include, but are not limited to, content such as mental health reports, emergency department visit reports and medical imaging reports. Involvement in these focus groups may include the Project Manager, technical team members, Communications as well as other leadership.
