The Quality Improvement for Everyone program has been developed for all IH staff who are interested in learning about quality improvement in the work place. There are 4 levels to the program: QI for Beginners, QI for Participants, QI Leader and QI Specialist. QI Beginner is a 10 minute online learning module. QI Participant is a blended course involving an online learning module and a 2 hours virtual learning session. QI Leader prepares participants to lead an improvement project by applying their learning to a workplace QI project over a 4 month period. QI Specialist is currently in development.

We are interested in having 3-4 patient partners provide feedback on the education program in general and provide a patient/family perspective to the projects undertaken in QI Leader. We hope they can attend some of the education sessions (some in person, some virtual) and meet with the program participants to enhance their projects. We also hope that some patient partners will be able to give a short presentation on how patient partners fit into the QI project process.
