Hello patient partners!

We know that the Quality Forum  and the Ministry of Health’s Patients as Partners Annual Dialogue opportunities are of great interest to many patient partners across the province, so we would like to provide an opportunity for you to share about your experience attending either the Quality Forum or the Ministry of Health’s Patients as Partners Annual Dialogue in 2017.

We’re promoting a webinar on April 20 for patient and health care partners to talk about their experience, ask questions, exchange information and learn more about how to participate in future opportunities. Everyone is invited, including those who haven’t participated in these events, but want to learn more about them!
