When someone experiences bleeding in the brain (a hematoma), they are at high risk for a hemorrhagic stroke, which is life threatening. Currently, standard imaging programs and methods for predicting what will happen to people with hematomas do not provide enough information to make care decisions with enough confidence. Our research seeks to develop and test new tools that we believe will be more effective in developing long-term care plans. Team members involved include:- George Medevdev, Neurologist
- William Siu, Neuroradiologist
- Xiaowei Song, Neuroimaging Scientist
- Ryan D’Arcy, a Neuroscience Professor
