Aim
To continually advance the quality and safety of person-centered care by reviewing and prioritizing local and regional opportunities for improvement, developing recommendations, and tracking actions and measurement over time and sharing learnings locally and regionally where appropriate.
Level of Engagement
This opportunity is at the level of involve on the spectrum of engagement . The promise to you is that the health care partner will involve patients in planning and design phases to ensure ideas or concerns are considered and reflected in alternatives and recommendations.
Eligibility
• Experience and/or comfort working in large groups with patients and health care staff
• Some familiarity with data analysis would be beneficial
Logistics
• Number of vacancies: 2
• Location, Date, Time and Frequency:
Meetings will be held quarterly for 90 minutes
The next meeting is March 31st, 2021 at 2pm
Meetings will be held virtually at this time
It is anticipated that this work will continue for a period of up to one year
