C.A.R.E. Network Patient Partner Selection Panel

The C.A.R.E. Network Patient Partner Selection Panel is responsible for reviewing submissions of interest from Patient Partners who wish to sit on a C.A.R.E. Network. The panel will use a pre-defined scoring guideline to rate responses and determine successful candidates. The panel will consist of 2 patient partners, 2 Experience team members, 2 CGII representatives and a representative from the Quality team. Please see attached document to learn more about C.A.R.E. Networks. If you have applied to sit on a C.A.R.E. Network you will not be eligible to participate in the selection process.

C.A.R.E Network Patient Partner Selection Panel participants will be selected by June 23, 2023. The orientation to the panel will take place on June 26 and the selection panel will sit on June 28, 2023.

• Previous committee/working group experience
• Have access to technology and the internet to participate in the engagement opportunity
• Comfortable using technology to attend online/virtual meetings
• The time to participate in the engagement opportunity
• Comfortable sharing your opinion in a group setting even though it may differ from the majority.

Patient Partners ARE required to be PVN members to participate in this engagement opportunity.
