Project Goal
The goal of this project is to increase the knowledge and capacity of community-based health care providers (family physicians, nurse practitioners, and public health nurses) in providing feeding and nutritional guidance for children between 6 months to 6 years of age.
The target audience for this survey are parents/guardians with children aged 6 months to 6 years.

Prize Draw
This survey is anonymous and will take approximately 10 minutes. Upon completion, you will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card. Please note that if you wish to enter the draw, you will need to provide an email address at which you may be contacted.

By completing this survey, it is assumed your consent has been provided for your responses to be collected as research data to inform the development of education for health care providers. All data will be kept strictly confidential. You may decline participation or withdraw consent for your responses to be incorporated into educational development at any time.

I know patient and family partners are doing their part by providing their knowledge to researchers from their lived experience.  It’s a win-win for us to work together through PVN to make sure our input drives improvements.
