Are you a patient or a family member of a patient at a Kidney Care Clinic in BC (i.e., not on dialysis or have had a transplant yet)?

If so, we’d love to hear about your care experience and your thoughts on how to better use a combination of in-person, phone and video visits to provide kidney care in the future!

Please share your thoughts with us at www.kidneycarefeedback.ca.

The question I like to ask health care employees is ‘Who is this for?’ and ‘Do we have the right people at the table?’ As a health care employee, I see how easy it is to fall into doing for, rather than doing with patients. The voices of the patient, family and caregiver are essential to ensure the patient is central to the direction and focus of the work being done.
