February 14, 2017 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

On February 14, you’re invited to a webinar from the Change Ambassadors Network BC, where we’ll be discussing “What’s at the heart of what matters to you?” Add it to your calendar now!

Presenter Sonya Chandler will explore how as a Registered Nurse and Quality & Experience consultant she is finding ways to have “what matters to you?” conversations in the work she does within the quality portfolio. By hosting “meditative minutes” and “death over lunch” she is using workplace wellness as a way to initiate the conversation with her team.

From there, we’ll be sharing details of a new person-centred campaign to improve care and build relationships between health care providers and patients, which is gearing up to launch later in February. Be the first to learn about this campaign and how you can get involved!

If you’re interested in improving the health care system, or learning about active listening and patient empowerment, then you won’t want to miss this presentation. Invite your colleagues and build capacity in BC health care to create change!
