  • This event has passed.

November 23, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The Centre for Collaboration, Motivation and Innovation has developed a series of webinars to support the Ministry of Health’s priority of furthering patient-centred care by emphasizing patient’s central role in managing their own health; providing information on how effective self-management strategies can improve healthcare, and how by using a collaborative approach, providers and patients can work together to define problems, set priorities, establish goals, create treatment plans, and solve problems along the way.

The November 23 webinar is about self-management support in First Nations communities and will be presented by Bernice Johansen. Click here to register.
