Aligning patient engagement with process improvement

Engaging the patient voice is key to establishing a patient and family-centered health care environment. When health care teams are empowered to create partnership opportunities with patients and families they improve and transform the delivery of care.

Presenter Ellen Noel will share her in-depth clinical knowledge, offer coaching tips for organizations seeking to improve patient engagement, and provide inspiring examples through patient stories and process outcomes.

There will be an open Q&A session following the webinar. You may submit your Q&A questions in advance when you fill out the registration form.
