Do you receive disability benefits? Do you need support in filing your taxes? Come to this information session hosted by the Vancouver Public Library and learn more about what you need to know when filing your taxes. Specific topics covered include:

  • Non-Refundable Tax Credits vs. Refundable Tax Credits
  • Disability Tax Credit vs. Medical Expenses
  • Canada Caregiver Credit
  • Child Disability Benefit
  • Amending Your Taxes
  • Tax Relief

Presented in partnership with Disability Alliance BC’s Tax AID program, which provides free support for people receiving Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Persons with Persistent Multiple Barriers to Employment (PPMB).
