Welcome to the Patient Voices Network! Everyone must complete an orientation in order to participate in engagement opportunities.

This orientation will be co-facilitated by PVN and Island Health’s Patient Experience Department, and cover everything you need to know to be a member, as well as answer any questions you may have.

A pre-orientation package with materials and location details will be provided. Transportation and parking will be reimbursed for all in-person orientations.

It is more and more becoming the norm to include patients in the design, delivery and evaluation of health services. PVN education and supports, involving patient partners, have enabled us to develop the capacity to include the patient voice to make care better and achieve better health outcomes.
