In this Coach Caregiver session offered by Family Caregivers of British Columbia, Wendy Johnstone will explore loss and grief as a family caregiver with guests Dr. Tom Attig and Christy Linder.

Dr. Attig is the author of “The Heart of Grief: Death and the Search for Lasting Love”, “How We Grieve: Relearning the World”, and “Catching Your Breath in Grief…and grace will lead you home” (Breath of Life Publishing).

Christy Linder has 23 years of experience in hospice and palliative care as a Program/Volunteer Coordinator and Hospice Educator, and is currently the Program Coordinator for the Comox Valley Hospice Society. Clinically she has counseled and supported palliative individuals, family caregivers and bereaved families and friends and has years of personal experience.
