Accreditation Canada (AC) is currently recruiting patient partners/advisors interested in becoming patient surveyors.
AC and its affiliate – Health Standards Organization (HSO) – are putting the philosophy of People Powered HealthTM into action, by putting people at the centre of programs and services. AC has been actively co-designing with patient partners and health care providers to identify ways patient partners can add value to the survey process.
This is a great opportunity for patient partners to network with other patient partners and health care professionals to broaden their skills. They will also be better able to assist organizations with quality improvement, patient engagement and accreditation activities.
