Health research depends on all kinds of people. You can be healthy, sick, young or old and can help by volunteering to participate in research in a variety of ways.

Let’s talk! You’re invited to a community dialogue, hosted by the BC Health Research Connection Project, on the development of a new program in British Columbia that will help connect people like you to research opportunities.

Come and share your ideas and tell us:

  • Why is health research important to you?
  • How can we keep you informed of research opportunities?

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!

Refreshments will be provided.

The question I like to ask health care employees is ‘Who is this for?’ and ‘Do we have the right people at the table?’ As a health care employee, I see how easy it is to fall into doing for, rather than doing with patients. The voices of the patient, family and caregiver are essential to ensure the patient is central to the direction and focus of the work being done.
