Opportunity Purpose
Post Acute Sequalae Covid (PASC) symptoms can be physical, cognitive and/or social/emotional in nature requiring psychological, social and medical care, support and education. The purpose of this research is to consider the impact of a virtual Post-COVID community-based interdisciplinary team care model on the experiences of both patients and providers.

Details
The patient partner will be someone who has experienced PASC, and was a part of the PC-ICCN (Post Covid- Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network) currently living in Interior Health region. The patient partner would be required to provide their experience via questionnaires, participate in meetings with the wider team to help improve patient experience. Participation is all online, though there is an option for in-person if preferred.

Age: 19 Years – 110 Years Old
