Journey Mapping Radiation Therapy in Adults 65+

This project will be creating journey maps based on personas developed from real-life experiences of patients to gain a basic understanding of human behavioral patterns of the older adults’ cancer experience focusing on radiation therapy.

Details
Each online interview session (via Zoom) will involve a participant and interviewer and will be approximately 2 hours long. During the interview, participants will be asked general questions about their overall health and wellbeing, and health care experience. For example “How were you feeling about your health situation at this time?” Questions will focus on participants’ feelings, tasks, and influences during each phase of their cancer journey.
