Join us in celebrating the amazing work happening at PHC to improve the quality of care for our patients and the quality of our work environment.

From 11am to noon:
Disctinguished professor Dr. Peter Dodek and PHC’s CEO Ms. Fiona Dalton and other guests panelists will lead an interactive walk through of the 24 unique project posters (posters will be up all day for viewing).

From noon to 1pm:
See presentations from the Top 3 CQI projects, selected by the Exceptional Quality, Safety & Value Pillar Advisory Committee.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for which project should win the “People’s Choice Award”.

Coffee, snacks and lunch (for the first 50 people, first come first serve) will be available.

When: Thursday, June 23, from 9am to 3pm
Where: St. Paul’s Hospital Cafeteria (Balance Eatery)

The question I like to ask health care employees is ‘Who is this for?’ and ‘Do we have the right people at the table?’ As a health care employee, I see how easy it is to fall into doing for, rather than doing with patients. The voices of the patient, family and caregiver are essential to ensure the patient is central to the direction and focus of the work being done.
