The 1st North American Conference on Integrated Care (NACIC2021), titled Innovation. Inspiration. Integration: Co-designing for health and wellbeing with individuals and communities will be hosted as a virtual conference in Toronto, Canada from the 4th to the 7th of October 2021.

The conference will bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, citizens, patients and caregivers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care.

Citizens, Patients, Carers/Care Givers are welcome to attend the conference for free!

PVN helped empower me to make meaningful contributions to Primary Care (PC) locally and provincially.  It also facilitated creation of PC Patient Voices which is focused on PC and provides education support and building on shared experiences.
