Volunteers will share their perspectives as females with lower limb amputations (LLAs) to help guide a research project that aims to better understand the priorities and needs of females with LLAs and determine how those might differ from males with LLAs. They will contribute to a study that addresses an important yet greatly underrepresented population, aiming to improve their quality of life and health care outcomes.

More Information:

Core Advisory Committee Members will collaborate with researchers to develop surveys and guide the development of research questions to understand how priorities and needs might differ between males and females with LLAs. Members will share their thoughts on survey results and technical research findings. They will help connect with volunteers and share findings with the community.
