Each quarter, Manitoba Institute for Patient Safety will host an online education session on the top patient safety leading practices our stakeholders most want to learn more about.
This session’s learning outcomes include:
- Review the Measuring & Monitoring of Safety Framework to support patient safety improvements.
- Review shared experiences & examples of measuring & monitoring of safety to apply to one’s local experience.
- Identify one actionable activity learned.
