Target audience: Anyone interested in learning more about what health research in Canada looks like

Learning Outcomes: By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Define what health research is
  2. Know who typically conducts research studies and who funds it
  3. Understand the basics of how to write a good research question
  4. Know about the different ways to share study findings
  5. Know how to get involved

And as a result, significant improvements were made to simplify something that was otherwise complex. Patient voices at the table bring us back to reality in terms of what we are trying to achieve.
