Join Power Chen, Lawyer of the Deer Lake Law Group, as he discusses the purpose and importance of having and Enduring Power of Attorney. Mr. Chen will explain the issues that arise when no Power of Attorney is available. In Mr. Chen’s current practice, he assists clients with issues that pertain to estate planning and family law matters. Presented in collaboration with People’s Law School. No registration required.
