August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day. Please join us at Memorial Park (Aldwynd Road, Langford) for a picnic lunch, resource table, speakers, and support. At 1 p.m. a naloxone training and kits will be provided. Free. Everyone welcome, family friendly. Provided by AVI Health & Community Services with support from the Victoria Foundation. This event is taking place on the traditional territories of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations.

The voices of the patient, family and caregiver are essential to ensure the patient is central to the direction and focus of the work being done.
