RSVP: SAVE BC Patient Partner Committee

  • - over 19 years

    - personal history of premature cardiovascular disease (age 50 or younger for men and age 55 or younger for women) OR close family member (parents, siblings or children) of those with premature cardiovascular disease.
  • The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council will collect personal information via Word Press under section 26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purposes of operating the Patient Voices Network. Personal Information submitted by volunteers will be saved and stored on file by BCPSQC for 5-10 years upon submission.
