Other Mental Health
Feeling socially connected is important for our well-being. As we experience life transitions, especially after the age of 50, our well-being may suffer and our social networks become more important. This study aims to understand the social networks of adults living in urban communities (> 20,000) who are 50 years and older and who have mental health concerns, such as depression and anxiety (please note, a formal diagnosis is not required).
You will complete an online survey. The survey includes general demographic questions, mental health and wellbeing questions, and questions relating to relationships with key people in the your social network. The survey can be done on a computer or a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
