The Digital Engagement and Innovation team at Island Health is looking for patients to give us real-time feedback via website user testing.

This will be a single, one-hour session either in person at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria or virtually. Your feedback will help inform changes to the Volunteer Resources and Engagement section of our public website: islandhealth.ca, making it easier for potential volunteers to find opportunities and apply.

No experience with the site or any digital background required beyond simple website navigation. Session dates are flexible and will likely start mid-late September.

Where those of us in the room may have debated policy or wording, patient voices made sure patients were top of mind. And as a result, significant improvements were made to simplify something that was otherwise complex. Patient voices at the table bring us back to reality in terms of what we are trying to achieve.
