This document will be used to provide information to clients living in a community setting after they are assessed by a community therapist to use a power wheelchair or scooter. The purpose is to provide all the details they need to know about their device, driving recommendations, contacts and responsibilities as a power wheelchair user in one document that the therapist can review with them and they can keep for reference.

Eligibility

  • Have access to technology and the internet to participate in the engagement opportunity
  • An interest in improving health care services
  • The time to participate in the engagement opportunity
Patient Partners ARE NOT required to be PVN members to participate in this engagement opportunity.
