Provincial Virtual Health (PVH) is putting together a toolkit for health care providers who teach patients online. We want to team up with other health care staff and diverse patient partners from the start.

This project aims to support healthcare providers and staff in delivering high quality patient education online. Our goal is to make this toolkit inclusive, easy to access, and representative of what patients really need and want in their online education.

We’re seeking patient partners to share your experiences with online patient education. You will also help us review content and provide feedback to shape this provincial toolkit. Over the next 6 – 9 months, patient partners will participate in:

– Up to 3 virtual focus group meetings (each about 2 hours) over Zoom
– Weekly or bi-weekly online reviews/feedback on content (lasting 15 minutes to 1 hour) at your own pace.

We need your help to make sure our toolkit covers everything our providers need to know when educating patients online!
