BC’s Ministry of Health is in the process of updating its provincial allied health definition. The allied health workforce is a key contributor to the health system, providing services to improve the health and well-being of the people of BC.

The provincial allied health definition is meant to provide a clear understanding of the workforce and the services they provide. With a focus on increasing public readability, this engagement seeks input from Patient Partners on the updated definition text.

This engagement will be led by staff within the Ministry of Health over the course of a 1-hour meeting. Staff will have pre-prepared questions ready to query participants for feedback.
