The Prince George Shoulder Care Clinic is undergoing an Improvement Project to decrease wait times for new referrals to access the clinic. We are seeking a Patient Partner to add the patient voice to this project.

We are moving forward in early November 2024 with Process Mapping to uncover bottlenecks in the current process and would like to include at least one Patient Partner in this process. This will occur at the Shoulder Care Clinic and will involve attendance at the live event by all team members including the Patient Partner.
