Are you concerned about Primary Care in the Interior Health region? Things like how easy or hard it is to access or how effective it is? Have you sometimes thought it could be improved? If so, we need your help on an ongoing basis.
We’re expanding a Person and Family Advisory Committee for Primary Care (PFAC PCT) to help improve how primary care is delivered across Interior Health. This group includes public members from diverse communities who share feedback, offer advice, and help test new ideas to make care more person- and family-centred. Your input will guide planning, program development, and quality improvement efforts to ensure services reflect the values, needs, and preferences of the people we serve.
The committee will also support better communication between Interior Health and communities to build trust and transparency. Members help interpret public experience data and advise on how to meet community needs. This opportunity involves regular meetings and collaboration with Interior Health staff. It is a space for meaningful engagement that supports innovation and system transformation in primary care.
