Interior Health (IH) is developing a patient care satisfaction survey for using ZOOM healthcare. They would like your feedback on using ZOOM as a virtual tool from home.

Aim

IH is looking at patient satisfaction and experience using ZOOM for healthcare as a virtual tool. They are looking for some further feedback in addition to the survey, regarding improvements for this tool or recommendations for other virtual care tools that you may have used as a patient.

Level of Engagement

This opportunity is at the level of collaborate on the spectrum of engagement. The promise to you is that the health care partner will work together with you to formulate solutions and incorporate your advice and recommendations into the decisions to the maximum extent possible.

Eligibility

• To participate in this opportunity, you must be comfortable using technology • Have been involved with a phone call or ZOOM healthcare appointment

Logistics

Number of vacancies: 5 to 10 Location, Date, Time and Frequency: • These meetings will be held by virtual telephone or video • It is anticipated that the meetings will be about 1 hour in length • There will likely be 1-2 meetings in total • The first meeting will be held on July 7th, 2020 at 1:00PM

Reimbursement

There are no expenses anticipated with this opportunity as it will be held virtually. In the future, if participants are brought together face-to-face, mileage, hotels, and meals as per IH policy will be provided.

Background

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IH has launched a new virtual care tool called ZOOM for healthcare. They would like to evaluate patient satisfaction and quality of this virtual care tool. This tool is also being evaluated by clinical support and clinicians. An info graphic and/or report will be produced upon completion of the initial findings of the survey.
