Role description
The BC Renal Executive Committee provides a forum for the discussion of strategic directions for kidney care provision at the provincial and health authority renal program levels to ensure delivery of kidney services is consistent across the province, and to find solutions to significant issues. Members of the committee include patient partners, clinical and administrative leaders from provincial and regional health authorities, BC Renal, BC Transplant, Provincial Health Services Authority and the Kidney Foundation – BC & Yukon Branch. Members work together by sharing their perspectives to enhance strategic decision making, efficiency and effectiveness, planning and effective internal and external communications for quality person- and family-centred kidney care.
