Online Meetings or Telephone.Background
The goal of the Health Gateway is to provide BC residents with secure access to their health information in a single place. We engaged with patient partners in the development and launch of our initial product. We want to continue our engagement as it is critical in helping us understand the goals, attitudes and behaviours of individuals and their families when accessing health information to manage their care. Patient partners will be asked to participate in 1:1 user interviews which help us design features and understand what problems we can help them solve with the Health Gateway. You will also be asked to complete very short usability tests for potential features, which guides our interactive design.Health Care Partner Contact Information
