ISMP Canada is a pan-Canadian, not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving medication safety for people in Canada. We partner purposefully with health care providers, organizations, regulators, government, and patients and caregivers. Our consumer reporting and learning program hears directly from people who have experienced a medication error or a near miss with their medications. They share information that our team turns into publications that help the public play a role in their safety with medications.

Our website, www.mederror.ca shows the value and impact that consumer have on their safety.

We are looking for people who will review the newsletters that share this learning. Their review is an integral part of the messaging that reaches the public. Ensuring that our messaging is clear and easy to understand has a direct impact on the quality of the publication. Our reviewers are essential to this rigorous process.

Reviewers receive documents for comments 2 – 3 times per year.

The expected amount of time to review and provide feedback is approximately 30 minutes.
This is a volunteer position.

You can view our newsletters here: https://mederror.ca/newsletters/
