We are seeking a patient partner to participate in our Collaborative.

• The purpose is to:
– Understand and learn from the experience of patients who receive CT scans and the experience of staff who provide CT scanning services.
(*CT = Computed Tomography. CT scans are a form of advanced medical imaging increasingly used in diagnosis and surgical planning.)
– Use the feedback from patients and staff to take actions to improve patient and staff experience through improvements to care and services.

• For this project, the expected level of engagement includes at least 2 virtual sessions, each lasting approximately one hour. We will notify you in advance of any scheduled sessions to ensure you have ample time to prepare and participate.

Eligibility
• We seek a partner who has had one or more CT scans in an Interior Health facility, ideally as an outpatient so that they have experienced the booking system as well as the CT scan itself.
• The partner should be comfortable speaking in a virtual meeting of approximately 15 people.

Patient Partners ARE required to be PVN members to participate in this engagement opportunity.

Logistics
• Meetings will be virtual, a smart phone or laptop plus internet access is required.
• Partner location: any location within Interior Health
