Mental health and substance use are critical issues that affect individuals and communities across British Columbia. Addressing these challenges requires accessible resources and support systems.

HelpStartsHere.gov.bc.ca was launched in December 2023 with enhanced features including improved one-step search functionality, map features, one-click icons for search results, and a new campaign page. Today, we want to conduct a comprehensive user testing cycle. The purpose of this user testing is to evaluate the effectiveness of the HelpStartsHere website in delivering its intended service navigation, mapping feature, and information to the public.

This will identify usability issues, gather user feedback, and improve the overall user experience.
