To evaluate how people perceive the “What You Can Expect from Your Pharmacy Visit” poster displayed in BC community pharmacies and identify areas for improvement.

Patient partners will provide feedback on the poster’s visibility, clarity, and effectiveness (i.e. change in care, patient empowerment when expectations are not met).

Interviews will be held virtually on Zoom and will take around 30-45 minutes.

The primary aim for this project is quality improvement for recommendations to the BC College of Pharmacy

For your time, we will offer a $30 gift card for participation.

Eligibility

  • Specific health care experiences [details below]
  • Have access to technology and the internet to participate in the engagement opportunity
  • Comfortable using technology to attend online/virtual meetings
  • An interest in improving health care services
  • The time to participate in the engagement opportunity
  • We had previously posted with PVN - we need new respondents for this opportunity.

Patient Partners ARE NOT required to be PVN members to participate in this engagement opportunity.
