Help Improve Short Stay Bed Services in the South Okanagan.
We’re working to make short stay beds – used for respite care, convalescence, and end-of-life-easier to access and more efficient for patients, families and staff.
We want to:
Ensure timely and appropriate access to care
Make the best use of available resources
Streamline the admission and discharge process
Ensure care aligns with patient and family goals
We need patient partners to share their experiences, offer ideas and provide feedback on public-facing materials. You can participate in 55-minute meetings every two weeks on Mondays (11 AM – 12 PM) or be consulted as needed.
I have a draft project charter that I can share once complete.
