Help Improve Short Stay Bed Services in the South Okanagan.
We’re working to make short stay beds – used for respite care, convalescence, and end-of-life-easier to access and more efficient for patients, families and staff.

We want to:
 Ensure timely and appropriate access to care
 Make the best use of available resources
 Streamline the admission and discharge process
 Ensure care aligns with patient and family goals

We need patient partners to share their experiences, offer ideas and provide feedback on public-facing materials. You can participate in 55-minute meetings every two weeks on Mondays (11 AM – 12 PM) or be consulted as needed.

I have a draft project charter that I can share once complete.
