Patient Partners improve the e-Health experience for everyone.

If you are a Canadian patient or care provider who is able to attend e-Health 2025 in Toronto from June 1-3, you may apply to become an e-Health Patient Partner.

Select Patient Partners will receive complimentary conference registration as well as financial assistance with transportation to the conference and two nights of accommodation (some restrictions apply).

Complete the Patient Partner Funding application form at the link below before February 9, 2025.

• Successful applicants will be notified by February 24, 2025.
• Those not selected for Patient Partner Funding may still be eligible to register for e-Health at the discounted Patient Partner rate.
